Clement, Van Ronzelen & Schulte Settle Case Against Missouri Highway & Transportation Commission

Tim Van Ronzelen and Matt Clement recently settled a case for $330,000 shortly before an arbitration. Our client was walking home from work at night when she fell down an uncovered drop inlet.  A drop inlet is kind of like a man hole, but the lid weighs several hundred pounds. Our client had to crawl up a rebar ladder, with a badly fractured ankle, and then drag herself across the street to find help. Our client was an incredibly hard working woman who worked two jobs before this injury forced her to lose one of those jobs. We were very happy her case settled on favorable terms.
